视频录制基本步骤

1.申明权限

 <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO" />
    <--如果录制的视频保存在外部SD卡,还需要添加以下权限->
    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />

注意:RECORD_AUDIO为危险权限,从Android 6.0开始(API级别23)开始,需要动态获取。

2.视频录制参数配置
